It’s been a couple of months since the last update on Mopar Max’s Project Fighting Fish Barracuda. Like any other project, we have to work on it at the same time as we are working on jobs that pay the bills! But that aside, over the last three months parts and pieces for the ‘Cuda have been showing up steadily at the shop like gifts for a mid-summer birthday party.

So here are some of those jobs and parts installations we’ve been working on the last few months.

One of the things we needed for the project was a paint booth so that Zak could spray a couple of coats of primer on the modified ‘Cuda body. We built one using some Speed Rail in sixteen-foot lengths of pipe and a huge tarp wrapped around them to make a temporary booth. Once the sealing glaze is dry and sanded we rolled the body into the booth.
