REMEMBER YOUR ROOTS!

Ok, I’m ODing next gen Hemis here. Thought you weren’t going to forget about us old school guys? It looks like you have. (BTW, I have nothing against them, and Alex has a fan in me since I race the old wagon.... But c'mon guys.)

I wouldn't say we've forgotten you. In the last issue we have a story on the little known attempts by Alcoa to get Detroit to manufacture aluminum V8 blocks back in the 1950s. The story features a rare AMC block and examines how tech was both ahead of its time and yet unimaginative at the same time.

We also covered some great Slant Six tech and some rare and cool parts for these great old engines. And in October and November we featured a two part story on torsion bar tech.

We're working on some interviews with interesting people who started their careers back in the day and are still on the scene today. We're on the hunt for good classic cars to feature and now that show season is starting up again in the sun belt they're coming out of their garages.

We're working on the making the magazine the best full coverage Mopar magazine out there, covering all Mopars, old and new.

MONEY TALKS

Awesome engine. I would love to put one in a ‘70 ‘Cuda. What kind of greenbacks are we talking about for the complete package?

IN MEMORIAM

Was there a memorial decal for Dick Landy? I have decals for Ronnie Sox and Scott Geoffrion on my car. I can't find one for Landy. I need your help in locating this item as I would like to add this to my car.

Thanks.
